For urgent, last-minute safety checks requested by the family, we provide an Emergency Check-In service with a flat €50 call-out fee plus the standard hourly rate.
For security and seamless entry, we highly recommend installing a secure, weatherproof key safe outside the home, which we can help guide you to select. To build trust and comfort, we assign a primary companion to your loved one so they see a familiar, friendly face at every visit. If your regular companion is on holiday or unwell, we will always introduce a fully briefed backup staff member in advance.
